Steve Nelson is the kind of Realtor who puts principles ahead of profits. Steve wants you to have the highest possible benefit from your buying or selling experience. Steve's experience and knowledge of the real estate market, combined with his dedication and hard work, make him the outstanding choice to help you buy or sell your home.

Steve Nelson's story is a great example of what makes San Luis Obispo such a great place to live. Moving from Orange County to San Luis Obispo in 1975, Steve was attracted by the prospect of the stimulating environment of a college town with its disproportionately large share of cultural activity. It made it a perfect place to raise his family. At the time Steve was working in the banking industry, with a background and degrees in Economics.     

While teaching courses in the field of finance and economics at Cal Poly, Steve became attracted to a career as a real estate professional. In 1979 Steve entered the real estate business, obtained his broker's license in 1982, and has worked in real estate ever since.
