Only members of the National Association of Realtors are entitled
to call themselves a Realtor. All Realtors subscribe to a strict code of
ethics, and are held to a higher standard of professionalism than those
who merely hold a real estate license. |

The Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, an affiliate
of the National Association of Realtors, confers the CCIM designation. The
graduate-level curriculum leading to the CCIM designation represents the
finest education available in real estate. Of the 80,000 commercial investment
real estate practitioners nationwide, only 4,000 have earned the CCIM designation,
which reflects not only on the caliber of the program, but why it is one
of the most coveted and respected designations in the industry. |

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is a prestigious
designation held by only 2% of Realtors in the country. A CRS is a real
estate professional equipped with special expertise because of rigorous
educational achievement and demonstrated strong sales performance. |

(CCRMLS), which includes all of San Luis Obispo County as well as Northern
Santa Barbara County (Santa Maria area). |
