These will be delivered daily (M-F) to the email address you specify. If at a later date you wish to unsubcribe, an unsubscribe link is provided in every email for your convenience.

The source of data you will receive is the actual live MLS data that only practicing real estate agents can normally access. This information is only minutes old when it is delivered to your email. This is one to two days more current than what you will receive from most other real estate web sites, which get their data from an archived database that is 24 to 48 hours out of date.

Once you sign up, you will have the opportunity to customize which cities or areas you wish information on.
